Our Management Services consist running our clients properties with the same attention that we run our own homes. Unlike other companies we have a dedicated Property Management team who has the time to give you the best possible service. We only take on management services for a select number of properties in the Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras area so as to be able to give full attention to each property. Each property owner require different services, we can provide a service tailored to your needs we do basic services like: bill payment for: electricity, water, phone, property taxes, bank trusts, home insurance payment, home owners condo fees. *Maid service additional charge apply depending on size of the property. Any other services incurre additional charges. What are our management fees if mine is a long term property? Where we are asked to manage a property which is already tenanted, the fee is 10% plus VAT (based on % of the annual rental) Where we are required to find a tenant for a property and we will subsequently be managing the property, the renting fee is $175.00 + V.A.T. followed by the management fee of 10% plus V.A.T
